What does it mean to
produce user-focused designs? It means our designs are not based
around a cool look or style that we adhere to. They are driven
by your business objectives, our creative experience and most
importantly, the end-users expectations, motivations and desires.
Our
design process starts by understanding your business objectives
and the motivations and expectations of your end-users. Then we
apply an iterative process of creative exploration combined with
usability inquiry and testing to produce designs that are compelling,
on message and easy to use. Finally, we look critically at each
design against the stated business objectives and against what
we know or assume about users to ensure that the design meets
all of the criteria.
